Some properties are sold or let without being advertised, at the owner's request. Describe what you are looking for, and we will tell you whether something suitable is available through our mandates — and, if not, whether we can search for it.

How a private request works.

    What you are looking for, where, for what use and in what time frame. A budget helps, but is not required to start.

  2. We qualify

    We get in touch to understand the brief properly, and confirm whether we can take it on.

  3. We search

    Among our mandates, and by approaching suitable owners directly where that is appropriate.

  4. We present

    Only what matches your brief, with the owner's agreement, and in confidence.

Selling or letting a property?

We can list it publicly on Homehunt, present it privately to qualified buyers or tenants, or combine the two. The choice is yours, and it can change as the sale or letting progresses.
